1. Conditions for a Return

To register a return, please refer to the return information. The return form below must then be completely filled out and submitted.

Deadline: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal. The exact conditions can be found in the cancellation policy, which was sent via email after purchase and is available online at any time.

2. Special Notes

Opened, sealed products: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB) if sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene have been opened after delivery.

Return of product sets: Product sets can only be returned in their entirety if all items contained are unopened, sealed, and undamaged. The return of individual components of a set is excluded. The statutory right of withdrawal for the entire set remains unaffected, provided its conditions are met.

3. Damaged Products Upon Delivery

If an item has been damaged during transport, please contact customer service by email at info@dog-fit.com and include a photo of the damage. The case will be investigated immediately, and a solution (replacement or refund) will be arranged. Obvious transport damage should, if possible, be documented by the delivery person immediately upon receipt (damage report).

4. Return Shipping Costs and Refund

The buyer bears the direct costs of the return shipment in accordance with Section 357, Paragraph 6 of the German Civil Code (BGB), unless the delivery was incorrect. In the event of a valid cancellation (see 2. Special Information), the purchase price, including the cost of standard delivery (cheapest shipping method offered), will be refunded in accordance with Section 357 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Additional costs for express or special shipping are non-refundable. A direct exchange is not possible.

5. Return Processing

To register a return, please complete the return form completely and submit it. You will receive a response regarding further processing within up to 3 business days.

Upon receipt of the return, it will be checked for completeness and integrity. If the verification is successful, the refund will be made within 14 business days to the payment method used for the order.

6. Return Instructions

The sender should be clearly indicated on the return label. Please fill out and enclose a note with the order number or our form. This will facilitate identification and speed up processing.
